Politique de remboursement

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you must contact us at shipping@VillageWroughtIron.com and request a RMA #


RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

You will need the following information when requesting an RMA #.

  • Original Purchase Order Number
  • The Customer’s Ship to Name
  • Reason For Return
  • Product Being Returned and The Quantity

When we reply with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please be sure to have this number listed on the outside of the package/box preferably on the label.

Returns By Mail
We do not issue prepaid return labels. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact. All returns must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. Drop Ship Accounts, you or your customer are responsible to pack the return product securely so that it is not damaged in the return to us. If the product is received by our shipping department damaged, you will not be refunded for the product return. If you insured your package for the return to us and it is damaged, you will need to process the claim for reimbursement.

We will credit your account within 14 to 21 business days (for the product cost only) once we have received the product in our warehouse damage free.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items 
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Store Returns 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Store order returns requests must be requested within 30 days with a valid reason for the return. We reserve the right to deny or approve the return. If the return is approved, 25% restocking charge will be deducted and a store credit will be issued.  Payment refunds will not be given. You are responsible for shipping the return products back to the warehouse.  If return products are damaged and unsaleable no credit will be given.
