We process orders Mon-Fri at 7 am eastern time.
Orders placed after this time, will be processed the following business day. In-stock orders ship within 2 business days.
Shipping Fees
Please note that UPS, FedEx, and USPS consider some products over sized due to box dimensions and weight. They are charged as “Dimensional Weight”. Any additional dimensional weight handling will be added to your cart automatically.
Sometimes there may be additional shipping fees due to the shipping address, we will add the additional fee to the invoice and notify you before shipping.

Orders over $200 will have the shipping fee and additional handling custom calculated after they are placed; we will adjust the order balance before shipment.

Your selected carrier is responsible for delivery, therefore we can not guarantee their posted delivery times nor cancel an order mid-delivery. If you are having issues with an orders delivery, contact the carrier with your tracking number.
NOTE: Accounts requesting shipments with 3rd party billing via UPS or FedEx, must contact our corporate office in advance of placing an order. Approval may take up to one week, please plan accordingly. We will need a copy of your UPS and/or FedEx statement(s) for verification.
